Four different pieces of music were composed for the four time durations:
60 Seconds- Uplifting music transitioning from Piano to orchestral with a beat made from stomping feet and claps.
45 Seconds- Melancholic Electronic Music portraying laziness and overcoming the same.
30 Seconds- Calm Music with Guitar and Bass showing commitment and the start of a new journey.
15 Seconds- Anxious Orchestral Music boosting the confidence of the protagonist to start exercising.
